Scottish Shortbread

Like I said in my last posting, we had another wedding to go to. My Cousin Jessica is now married to Ben Holt her long time Beau and now loving husband. Thankfully all the walking I did with my friend Cristina payed off so I could fit into the beautiful dress my cousin chose for the bridesmaids....woohoo! The wedding couldn't have been more perfect. It was a Scottish theme and very sentimental to our family as well...you see, the church where they were married is the same church my Grandpa and Grandma (Bommpa and Grandmommy) were married in. Not to mention the night before was the the rehearsal dinner at the Tam O' Shanter where my Grandparents went on their first date. I was holding up pretty fine at the wedding until their wedding day was mentioned. I miss Bampa so much, but I know he was smiling down on all of us that day!

Korban looked oh so cute in his little Scottish outfit and it was not until now that I thought his nick name fore the day should of been " My little Scottish shortbread". With cheeks like that you can't help but eat him up!

After returning to Ramona we all piled back into the car and went to little Jacks Birthday. The Elmo theme was oh so cute and the best part was just being surrounded by family...even Roz and John from Ohio as well as Aunt Joan were all there. Seeing all of the little ones running around made me look forward to Korban's birthdays to come. They all bring so much joy!

Well before I ramble on any more.....goodnight!
